Nike Kobe 3 Low Protro "Pure Platinum" Debuts In White And Blue
KEN LE•August 27, 2026
Nike is adding another entry to the Kobe 3 Low Protro line with the "Pure Platinum" colorway, a calmer counterpart to the loud "Electric Green" pair that dropped earlier in the same collection. The shoe leans on a white base throughout, with Armory Blue running through the mesh underlays inside the signature cage, whose net-inspired shape has become a hallmark of the model.

The standout detail is the tonal TPU cage wrapping the upper, keeping the build cohesive rather than splitting it into distinct color blocks. A metallic blue Swoosh sits near the heel, and Kobe's Sheath logo lands in the same area, keeping the overall look clean without losing character.
The Kobe 3 Low Protro is the low-cut take on Kobe Bryant's third signature line, reworked by Nike Basketball from the original design tied to his 2007-08 MVP season. The shift to a lower cut gives the shoe more flexibility on court while widening its appeal among sneakerheads drawn to a lower-profile silhouette off court as well.

Alongside "Pure Platinum," Nike has also prepped a matching Air Force 1, running parallel to the previously released "Electric Green" pair across both models. A kids-exclusive version blends elements of both colorways, pointing to Nike's broader push toward pack-style rollouts with this release.
The Nike Kobe 3 Low Protro "Pure Platinum" officially releases on September 1, 2026 for $190.
